At Core Medical Resources, we respect the importance of keeping the medical/health, statistical and personal information of each individual confidential and private at all times. We assert that we will maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for the private information to which we are privy.

Although our online referral form is secure and encrypted, it is important to note that communicating confidential information via e-mail is usually not considered secure or encrypted. There is a possibility that e-mail can or could be accessed and viewed by other users without your knowledge or consent. Although we will make every effort to privatize any potentially confidential information communicated to us via e-mail, we cannot guarantee full or partial privacy in that respect.

With respect to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act); even though this act currently does not directly pertain to workers comp or some other lines of business we represent, it does pertain to others. Therefore we are making every effort to be HIPAA compliant regardless of the line of business.
